Half Day: TRM Continuation Training Course
(Refresher Course)
CRM has proven so beneficial, for nearly 20 years, US
Navy Fighter Pilots, US Air Force Pilots, and every FAA sanctioned
airline pilot has been required to attend CRM training at
least once a year.
-Periodical (normally annually) in-depth training to become re-current
-Attendees must have previously completed a baseline course
-All CRM critical skills, Top Gun brief/debrief, Threat and Error
Management, and Human Factors are reviewed and incorporated into comprehensive
case studies
-Taught in one 4 hour block or two 2 hour blocks
Two Day: Instructor Training Course
-“Train the trainer”
-Allows a member of your staff to become a certified TRM instructor
to keep your organization on the cutting edge of TRM implementation.
